Our Mission
Since its establishment, the Uthman ibn Affan (RA) Foundation for Education and Development has been dedicated to creating real, measurable impact across Afghanistan — combining education, healthcare, social relief, and construction.
Each initiative reflects the organization’s faith-driven mission: to serve humanity with sincerity, knowledge, and compassion.
The following highlights summarize the organization’s key achievements to date.

Education – Building People Before Buildings
Over Six Thousand Students Reached
The organization has provided educational opportunities for more than six thousand students across three structured academic stages under its Accelerated Learning Program.
This initiative has raised literacy levels, strengthened moral values, and empowered a new generation of Afghans with the tools to rebuild their nation and contribute to the Ummah.

Construction – Foundations That Illuminate
From a Madrasa and a Mosque to Living Institutions of Faith and Learning
Construction and full equipping of the Uthman ibn ‘Affan Madrasa in Deh Sabz District, Kabul, accommodating over one thousand students and serving as a dynamic hub for both Islamic and modern studies.
Ongoing construction of the Grand Mosque of Uthman ibn ‘Affan in Banozi, Nahrin District, Baghlan Province — designed to become a spiritual and educational landmark for the local community.
Social Relief – Compassion in Action
More Than Three Hundred Fifty Families Supported
In response to the recent earthquake, the organization distributed over 350 food packages to affected families, ensuring urgent relief and sustenance.
This humanitarian effort was not merely material assistance — it was a message of mercy and solidarity, reaffirming the organization’s belief that hope and unity are the strongest forms of healing.
